Introducing Kara Boyce (KB), a passionate Human Resources and Talent Management Professional dedicated to supporting business transformation and sustainability through keen HR/Labor relations. With a MSC in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of the West Indies and a BA in Psychology with Honors, Kara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She is also a certified Change Management specialist, a Senior Certified Professional Coach, and a Certified Leadership Development & Succession Strategist. Kara's commitment to adding value to the business arena led her to pursue an Executive MBA in General Management.

Throughout her career, Kara has made a significant impact on the labor and relations landscape, providing sound representation to over 80 companies as a Labor Management Advisor at the Barbados Employers’ Confederation. She has also conducted targeted training for over 10,000 employees and actively participated in national and regional committees. Kara's contributions extend to sharing her knowledge as a contributor to the employers' column in the Business Authority and as a former Committee Lead for the Labor Management & Industrial Relations Committee of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados.
