ImpactHK is a registered NGO in Hong Kong that strongly believes in the power of kindness when it comes to addressing the pressing issue of homelessness. Our journey began with a simple goal: to perform one act of kindness per month for those experiencing homelessness. Since then, we have grown to become a dedicated organization working tirelessly to provide assistance and support to the homeless community in Hong Kong.

At ImpactHK, we envision an inclusive Hong Kong where everyone has a safe place to call home and genuinely cares for their neighbors. Our mission is to work closely with individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them to find secure housing and restore their mental and physical well-being. We offer a wide range of services, including outreach programs, basic protection, accommodation support, employment and training opportunities, health and fitness programs, elderly community initiatives, and educational support.

We are proud to have a diverse and inclusive team, with approximately half of our staff members having lived experience of homelessness. Alongside our team, we are fortunate to have the expertise of social workers, counselors, and many dedicated volunteers who contribute to our cause. One of our key community centers, '29,' located in Tai Kok Tsui, serves over 3,000 meals each week and is open every day of the year for the homeless.

In addition, we operate a resource bank at this center, providing essential items such as clothing, toiletries, sleeping bags, and shoes. We are incredibly grateful for all the generous donations we receive, and we make it a priority to ensure that these funds are utilized where they are most needed. We are committed to managing and measuring our impact to continuously improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness in Hong Kong.
