About Impian Kencana
Impian Kencana is a non-profit organization focused on providing quality skills-based education to B40 youth in Malaysia. Founded in 2021, our goal is to empower B40 children in urban areas by equipping them with essential soft skills and design thinking capabilities. We recognize that while academic and professional qualifications are important, soft skills are equally crucial in today's job market.
Our flagship program, Pendidikan 360°, offers workshops designed to foster holistic skill development among B40 students living in PPR flats. Through our initiatives, we aim to break the cycle of poverty by giving these students the tools they need to succeed beyond their circumstances.
