IMUNZI Project is an impactful collaborative effort between three organizations: the International Medical Cooperation Committee (IMCC), United Children of Africa (UNICA), and the Zimbabwe Medical Student's Association (ZIMSA). Since 2014, IMUNZI has been tirelessly working to reduce the prevalence of HIV/AIDS among the youth in Zimbabwe. In 2019, the project expanded its scope to address mental health disorders related to living with HIV as well.

IMUNZI Project employs a range of strategies, including peer-to-peer education, boot camps, sports tournaments, workshops, essay competitions, arts tournaments, and advocacy. These initiatives are carefully designed to engage and empower the young people of Zimbabwe, promoting their overall wellbeing and good health.

The IMCC, with around 1900 volunteers, is a voluntary youth organization dedicated to health promotion both in Denmark and internationally. They work alongside civil society and local communities, advocating for equal access to health services and well-being.

UNICA, based in Victoria Falls, focuses on HIV/AIDS awareness and support for infected, affected, and disabled children. They also provide development opportunities for underprivileged children through psychosocial initiatives and vocational training.

ZIMSA serves as a representative body for medical students in Zimbabwe. They foster discussions on medical education, ethics, and research, while also encouraging students to give back to the community through various collaborations and initiatives.
