Imura Athlete Academy is a sports education organization guided by the motto “Enjoyment is what matters.” Rather than focusing on competition results, it uses sport to develop physical ability, confidence, social skills, and qualities that support people throughout life. Its coaching emphasizes positive challenges, learning through mistakes, and helping each participant enjoy movement.

The academy offers programs for children, students, adults, and masters, with instruction built around running, throwing, jumping, ball-sport skills, and overall fitness. Options include regular classes, weekday sessions, reserved small-group and individual lessons, core training, body conditioning, and support for clubs and teams. It also provides visiting instruction, workshops, lectures, and family-oriented events and guidance. Trial lessons are available.

Activities are offered in Mie Prefecture, including Suzuka and Kuwana, and at the Kamakura school in Kanagawa, which holds classes at the Tokushukai Gymnastics Arena. The academy draws on the experience of Kumiko Imura, a Japanese athletics champion across age groups, and coach Toshio Imura, an American Track and Field-certified coach.
