Intermountain Whitecat

Intermountain Whitecat is a private-label and contract manufacturer based in Meridian, Idaho, serving brands that need products developed, produced, filled and packaged. Its manufacturing portfolio covers laundry care, household cleaning, personal care and pet care, including detergents, fabric care, cleaning formulas, skin and hair care, and pet shampoos, detanglers and balms.

Customers can choose among three starting points: ready-to-brand white-label formulas, custom private-label development based on performance and ingredient requirements, or contract manufacturing for an existing formula or product sample. The company supports projects from formulation and testing through scale-up, filling and packaging, with pilot-to-production capabilities for liquids and powders. Its 180,000-square-foot facility includes laboratories and warehouse space, while 12 filling lines handle formats such as bottles, tubes, jars, tubs and packets. Intermountain Whitecat also provides production transfers and technical support, with independent quality assurance and batch testing. Its work includes helping brands launch new products and move manufacturing to U.S. production. Minimum order quantities and timelines vary by product format and project requirements.
