In-Courage

In-Courage is a coaching and consulting brand led by Leida Centeno, a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) and life coach. Based in New Haven, Connecticut, the practice supports individuals and families as they work toward personal goals, greater resilience, and positive change. Its life coaching focuses on emotional, mental, and spiritual growth, combining counseling insights with biblical principles to encourage self-reflection, accountability, and values-based living.

In-Courage also offers event speaking on subjects including trauma recovery, healing, identity, empowerment, leadership development, personal growth, and holistic well-being. Leida’s approach aims to meet people where they are and create supportive spaces for growth across backgrounds and beliefs. She leads community-based groups, including a spiritual maturity group for women, and presents on trauma-informed leadership and recovery.

The brand also offers Move In Courage: Healing on Purpose Journal, a resource designed to support reflection and personal healing. Through coaching, group work, speaking, and practical tools, In-Courage helps people find clarity, purpose, and courage as they move forward
