About Indiana Alliance
Indiana Alliance is a non-profit corporation and affiliate of FASD United, with a mission to prevent prenatal exposure to substances known to harm fetal development. They provide education, advocacy, and support to professionals, policymakers, families, and individuals throughout Indiana. Indiana Alliance believes that Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) is the leading preventable cause of developmental disabilities and birth defects, and can affect anyone regardless of ethnicity, income, or education.
They are dedicated to raising awareness about FASD and offering resources and services to expectant parents, parents and caregivers, adults living with FASD, and professionals and the community. Led by an executive board and Executive Director Jackie Franks, Indiana Alliance actively works towards their vision of a state where all individuals are born free of exposure to harmful substances. Their staff is committed to making a difference in the lives of Hoosiers and ensuring that FASD prevention is a priority.
