About Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública
Inap is the technical body of the Public Administration of Guatemala, responsible for generating and implementing a permanent administrative development process. Their goal is to increase the capacity of public institutions to be efficient and effective in their administration and services. Established in 1980, Inap serves as the strategic arm for the strengthening and modernization of the public administration to foster institutional development.
In 2021, Inap introduced a new Institutional Care Model with four main lines of action. Their authorities include Alvaro Gerardo Díaz Coronado, the Manager of the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), and Nery Roberto Diaz Gómez, the Deputy Manager. Inap offers various services, including institutional services, public information transparency, budget transparency, open government, legislation and norms, and the SINACIG program.
They also provide job opportunities and a virtual classroom. Inap is committed to promoting a more efficient and effective public administration in Guatemala
