Then, they are transferred to large cages in the Persian Gulf to reach a weight of 600 to 700 grams and be ready for harvesting. Immediately after the catch, the fish are transported from the ship to the standard packaging center. They are then categorized by size to ensure their safety and well-being. The baby fish, still very small, remain in the nursery until they are ready to venture into the ocean.
