Bij het Rijksinstituut voor de Sociale Verzekeringen der Zelfstandigen (RSVZ) zorgen wij voor de sociale bescherming van de zelfstandige ondernemers en dragen wij op die manier bij tot hun sociaal en economisch welzijn. Elke dag opnieuw staan er ongeveer 700 medewerkers klaar om met hun kennis en expertise ondernemers te helpen bij al hun vragen, van bij het opstarten van hun onderneming tot na hun pensioen. Zo waken we erover dat zelfstandige ondernemers hun verplichtingen naleven zodat zij hun rechten kunnen genieten. Daarnaast berekenen en kennen we de zelfstandigenpensioenen toe en we beheren het socialeverzekeringsfonds van het RSVZ, de Nationale Hulpkas. We zetten ons ook mee in in de strijd tegen fraude. Jour après jour, près de 700 collaborateurs mettent leurs connaissances et leur savoir-faire au service des entrepreneurs pour les aider dans toutes leurs démarches, depuis le lancement de leur entreprise jusqu'après leur pension. Ainsi, nous veillons à ce que les entrepreneurs indépendants respectent leurs obligations pour qu'ils puissent bénéficier de leurs droits. Par ailleurs, nous calculons et octroyons les pensions en régime indépendant et gérons la caisse d'assurances sociales de l'INASTI, la Caisse nationale auxiliaire. INASTI, also known as the National Institute for Social Insurance for Self-employed Workers, is dedicated to safeguarding the social status of independent entrepreneurs.
