In Balance

In Balance is a horse and rider physiotherapy brand founded by Aleksandra Dułak, bringing together rehabilitation and movement care for equestrian partners. With eight years of professional experience, studies in physiotherapy and further training in equine physiotherapy, Dułak takes a comprehensive approach focused on restoring or developing healthy movement patterns in both horse and rider.

Services for horses include deep, classic, sports, lymphatic and relaxation massage; manual therapy; sensory-motor and rehabilitation training; stretching; physical therapy; and saddle-fit checks. Riders can receive movement assessments, individual exercise programmes, seat-improvement training, physiotherapy and massage. The process may include interviews, observation of movement or training, assessment, tailored treatment and a physiotherapy report.

In Balance aims to support mobility, strength, coordination and recovery, while helping reduce tension and the risk of injury. Its approach also emphasizes understanding the biomechanics connecting horse and rider, with the goal of improving comfort, cooperation and readiness for sport. The brand offers treatments and a course in therapeutic horse massage.
