Inbox When Ready

Inbox When Ready is a browser extension that helps you spend less time on your email, allowing you to reclaim about an hour every week. This innovative tool works with Gmail to optimize your email workflow and protect your focus. By default, your inbox is hidden, allowing you to write new messages and search your archives without getting distracted.

You can choose to see your inbox only when you deliberately choose to, resisting the temptation to constantly check for new messages. Inbox When Ready also allows you to schedule your inbox lockout, helping you establish a deep work routine and batch process your emails at the best time of day. Set a budget for how often and how much time you want to spend on your inbox, and get feedback on how you're doing versus your intention.

With Inbox When Ready, you can save valuable time, reduce stress, and improve your productivity and decision-making. This browser extension is available on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and has received over 1000 five-star reviews on the Chrome Web Store.
