About INCAE Oath Club
INCAE MBA Oath Club is the first MBA Oath Club in the world, established in response to the lack of ethics that contributed to the global financial crisis of 2008-2009. Inspired by a pivotal article by Nitin Nohria, the Dean of Harvard Business School, the Club was founded in 2010 at INCAE, becoming the first MBA program in Latin America to adopt the MBA Oath. Committed to upholding ethical standards in business and management practices, the organization is run by students and alumni.
Membership is open to Student Members and Lifetime Members, all dedicated to promoting ethical behavior in the corporate world through the MBA OATH. The Club focuses on four key pillars to guide its mission. Join us in our mission to shape a more ethical business landscape.
