Fonden Incita is a Danish business foundation focused on helping people overcome barriers to employment and participate in an active, equal life in the community. Established in 1966, Incita works with municipalities, businesses and civil society to develop socially and economically sustainable welfare solutions. In 2022, it merged with Center for Autisme, strengthening its support for people with specific needs.
Its services include employment support and health initiatives for people who are unemployed, ill or at risk of losing job stability. Incita also provides specially adapted youth education (STU) for young people, including specialist programmes for autistic students, as well as supported employment and activity and social participation services. Through Center for Autisme, it offers guidance, courses, education and support for autistic people of all ages and ability levels, their families and professionals. Other services include individual coaching, group supervision and peer networks, including groups for children and young people experiencing school absence. Incita applies documented knowledge in its programmes and shares expertise through teaching, supervision and professional talks.
