Inclamo is a Shopify-native AI phone agent designed for automotive parts stores and currently offered in private beta. It helps stores handle inbound calls by using existing product and vehicle tags to find parts for a caller’s year, make, model, trim, and drivetrain. When the catalog does not confirm a fit, the agent says so rather than guessing. It can also check Shopify order status, carrier, and tracking information, and record return requests for the store team.

For questions it cannot confirm, such as price matching, wholesale inquiries, or cancellations, Inclamo transfers the call to staff. If no one is available, it can take a callback request that the team can view in the app. The service is installed through a read-only Shopify app and does not require a separate knowledge base or catalog export. Inclamo scans the store’s catalog, helps configure and test a phone scenario, and provides a phone number and voice for the agent.
