Inclusion in Finance

Inclusion in Finance is dedicated to cultivating a pipeline of cross-industry Black leaders through a multifaceted approach that includes mentoring, education, thought leadership, and public speaking. Their mission is to enhance opportunities for Black professionals while challenging systemic barriers that hinder their advancement. The organization offers five flagship programs, including the Catalyst Education Programme, designed to support economically disadvantaged students, and The Skills Workshop, which provides insights and guidance for individuals across all educational backgrounds.

EnCircle mentoring aids minority professionals in navigating their early careers, and TABOO addresses the often-ignored discussions surrounding race in the industry. Inclusion in Finance emphasizes the importance of cognitive diversity in enhancing professional environments, and through programs and events, they foster allyship among industry stakeholders. Committed to measurable change, the organization tracks its impact through strict KPIs and annual reports.
