Our story began in 2008 when Sue, the executive director of a supported-living agency, reached out to us for help with her HR issues.

Witnessing the administrative nightmares faced by Sue and many other organizations in the sector, we realized the need for a brilliant system tailored to their unique needs. And so, the Inclusion System was born. Over the last 15 years, we have continuously worked alongside our customers to develop and refine our software, ensuring it remains user-friendly and supported by our dedicated team.
