Inclusive Disability Assist

Inclusive Disability Assist is a registered, not-for-profit NDIS provider specializing in tailored psychosocial disability support. Established in 1993, the organization serves individuals and families across South-East Queensland, with its primary focus on the region and openness to supporting participants beyond it. Its mission is to strengthen choice and life opportunities within an inclusive community through compassionate, person-centred care.

Services are shaped around each participant’s needs, preferences and goals, supporting independence, dignity and informed choice. They include one-to-one support delivered by skilled Support Workers, Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination for people facing more complex circumstances. Plan Management helps participants oversee NDIS funding and financial administration, while Short Term Accommodation offers temporary support, daily assistance and respite. Group-based activities provide social, recreational and skill-building opportunities, including art, cooking and group outings.

Inclusive Disability Assist also supports children and families through age-appropriate, holistic services designed to foster inclusion, resilience and wellbeing. Its recovery-focused approach aims to build confidence, connection and lasting outcomes, while helping participants navigate the NDIS and take part in their communities.
