Inclusivity Hong Kong is a brand dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable educational environment in Hong Kong. With a team of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, they are driven by a common goal of advocating for inclusion for all. Led by Karma Samtani, the Founder and Executive Director, the team consists of directors, organizers, and co-directors who actively work towards eliminating discrimination in education.

Maryam Abu Khaleel, the Deputy Executive Director, brings their personal connection and values to address issues affecting ethnic minority communities and LGBTQ+ youth. Felice Chan, the Finance Director, focuses on making everyone feel accepted and respected in the community. Dhruv Sureka, the Internal Affairs Director, believes in providing quality education to all, regardless of any barriers. Diya Aswani, one of the Creative Co-Directors, aims to make a difference by promoting acceptance, respect, and safety. Marjovie Liu, the Content Director and Head Translator, is committed to improving equality in a local context. Zoe Liu, the Communications Director, believes in equal and fair educational opportunities for every student.
