Incluzun

Incluzun is a UAE-based inclusive education organisation that helps families and schools find tailored learning support for children with individual learning needs. It sources, trains and places Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), also known locally as shadow teachers, to support children at home or in school. Each assistant is matched to a child’s learning profile, school and family context, then receives bespoke training before starting.

Incluzun’s services extend beyond placement. The organisation provides ongoing monitoring, weekly progress tracking and regular coordination with families and schools. Its support can include evidence-based programmes such as Primary Movements, Social Skills, Toe by Toe, and Communication and Language. Incluzun also works with schools on LSA and inclusion partnerships and offers training and development for LSAs.

Families can begin with a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss their child’s needs and whether an LSA is appropriate. Incluzun operates across the UAE and supports school approval coordination. The organisation reports working with more than 60 partner schools and is recognised by UAE and international education, social impact and sustainability bodies.
