Incredible is a desktop AI assistant that completes repetitive tasks directly on a user’s computer. Available for macOS and Windows, it works in browsers, files and apps, using the same websites and tools people already use. Users can give instructions by voice or text; Incredible can use the screen or document in front of them as context, move information between apps, fill in forms, send emails and update files. It also supports reminders and asks for approval before sending or submitting anything, with the option to stop a task at any time.

The service is designed for a range of work, including prospect research and CRM updates, review summaries, resume screening, receipt organization, invitations, scheduling and routine email replies. Incredible says it can connect directly to more than 3,000 apps, while browser-based apps can also be used. The company highlights data protection measures including SOC 2 Type 2 auditing, GDPR compliance, encryption at rest and in transit, and a policy of not training on customer data.
