INDAG Rubber Limited is an Indian tyre-retreading company founded in 1978 by the Khemka Group in a joint venture with Bandag, USA. Listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange since 1984, the company introduced cold retreading technology to India and describes itself as a pioneer in the industry. It serves fleet owners through a nationwide retreader network, aiming to lower tyre costs per kilometre and reduce the environmental impact of transport.

INDAG offers precured tread products, full-skirt envelopes, universal spray cement and unvulcanised rubber strip gum, along with export products including ZOMA, PTR, URSG, USC and envelopes. Its tread patterns support a range of vehicles and applications, including long- and short-haul transport, hilly roads and mining or off-road use. The company also provides retreading-process and machinery consultancy to its retreader partners, sharing technical guidance to support workshop performance.
