IndeedEng

Indeed Engineering is dedicated to improving client-side performance by utilizing a composite metric approach. Traditionally, focusing on a single performance metric led to drawbacks such as incomplete measurement of user experience. By adopting composite metrics like domContentLoadEnd and largestContentfulPaint, Indeed now captures a more comprehensive view of performance.

For example, largestContentfulPaint measures when users see critical content, enhancing the perceived performance. However, challenges like browser compatibility still exist. Recognizing the complexity of page loading, Indeed emphasizes the importance of understanding user perception throughout the entire process.

The brand's commitment to evolving measurement strategies showcases a dedication to enhancing user experience and optimizing performance. With a focus on composite metrics, Indeed Engineering is at the forefront of improving client-side performance for a more seamless user experience
