The National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is an initiative by the Government of India designed to streamline the scholarship application process for students across the country. Serving as a comprehensive online platform, NSP allows Indian citizens to easily apply for various scholarships, including pre-matric, post-matric, and merit-cum-means scholarships. The portal not only facilitates scholarship applications but also offers students the ability to check their application status seamlessly.

With a simple and transparent application process, NSP aims to provide financial assistance that can significantly enhance educational opportunities for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligible candidates can benefit from a wide array of scholarships by registering on the NSP’s official website, where they must provide relevant documents, including their Aadhaar card. The portal ensures that students stay informed about application deadlines and offers a convenient mechanism for tracking their application progress. NSP stands as a vital resource for fostering educational equity and empowering the youth of India.
