IYSA

India Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) supports youth football development across India, with a focus on helping rural communities build accessible, lasting opportunities for young players. Through its IYSA-Josh Rural Football programme, the association works with village coaches to develop football academies and strengthen local teams. Its support includes kit, training equipment, coaching assistance and opportunities to take part in community and mini leagues.

IYSA’s programmes reach boys and girls in a range of regions, including Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttarakhand and Kashmir. The association also supports rural camps, partnerships, individual players and teams, and celebrates player and team achievements. Examples include assistance to a girls’ academy in Hisar, academies for boys and girls near Srinagar, and a programme supporting 120 children near Gurgaon.

The IYSA–New Delhi Josh Football Academy is based at the Delhi Government Education Center sports field in Vasant Vihar. “Josh” means “fighting spirit” in Hindi. IYSA is registered in New Delhi and is exempt under Section 80G of India’s Income Tax Act.
