IndieOnTheMove. com is a digital platform that acts as the go-to resource for musicians and bands looking to book shows and tours. We are like the Mom and Pop shop of the digital world, dedicated to providing the best resources for musicians of all styles and accomplishments.
Our mission is to help musicians attract new fans, increase music and merchandise sales, and catch the attention of industry professionals. The concept of IndieOnTheMove. com began as a community-based rolodex of music venues, booking agent contacts, venue reviews, and tour-related resources.
However, since our launch in late 2008, we have grown into one of the most robust musician communities on the web, offering a multitude of features that streamline and enhance the show and tour booking process. Our membership model encourages a DIY (do it yourself) and DIT (do it together) approach to booking. We believe that musicians working together, networking, and supporting the scene are more likely to succeed.
This philosophy has helped thousands of Indie on the Move members, including musicians, booking agents, music venues, independent promoters, record labels, and band managers, make touring a reality and elevate their music careers to the next level. The founders of Indie on the Move, Kyle and Bryan Weber, are brothers who previously toured full-time in the band ZELAZOWA. With their extensive experience and dedication to the industry, they continue to write, perform, and share their music while using Indie on the Move exclusively for their booking needs.
