Indigo Equine & Yoga Education – LAKB is a horse-focused education and training business dedicated to improving equine welfare through sound knowledge and practical skill. Its approach aims to help horses and their people build a more harmonious relationship, with an emphasis on balance, calm, trust and clear communication. The business’s main focus is training and educating instructors who can share its methods and perspective within the equestrian community.
It offers tailored training, instruction and education in horsemanship, groundwork, trailer loading, lunging, and gymnastic development both in hand and under saddle. Support is also available for starting young horses and addressing communication difficulties. Other offerings include biomechanics-based, horse-friendly instruction, obstacle training and working equitation.
Yoga complements the equestrian work, supporting the mental and physical development of riders and horses. Services include rider yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques, aerial yoga and outdoor yoga. Indigo Equine & Yoga Education also offers demonstrations and clinics, alongside LAKB-recognised programmes for trainers and instructors, equine yoga trainers, and young-horse trainers
