Founded by Laurél, a master’s-level Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with experience dating to 2008, the practice is designed for people seeking discreet, individualized care. Services are available exclusively to clients located in Minnesota and are delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Indigo Recovery offers one-on-one addiction counseling to help clients understand their relationship with substances, develop coping strategies, and work toward lasting change at their own pace.
