Indoor Run Fixer is an online tool designed to correct distance inaccuracies in indoor activities recorded with Strava. When a watch records a treadmill run, Strava may estimate distance using the watch’s pedometer, which can differ from the distance shown by the treadmill. Indoor Run Fixer helps users adjust the activity file to match the more accurate treadmill reading.

To use the service, record the activity on a watch and upload it to Strava. From the activity page, export the workout as a FIT file, then upload that file to Indoor Run Fixer and enter the correct distance. The tool updates the file, which can then be uploaded to Strava as a corrected activity; users can delete the original activity if they choose to replace it. The service also supports indoor rides and cycling activities. Indoor Run Fixer offers a focused, practical way for Strava users to amend recorded indoor workout distances using the measurement reported by their exercise equipment.
