Welcome to Inema Arts Center, the home of Rwandan art. Founded in 2012 by brothers Emmanuel Nkuranga and Innocent Nkurunziza, Inema Arts Center is more than just an art gallery. It is an inspiring venue for sharing different forms of artistic expression and contributing positively to the underserved community.

At its core, Inema Arts Center is a collective of Rwandan creative artists. With a mission to tap the untapped potential of art in Rwanda, the center provides space for 5 artists in residence to explore their creative talent. Additionally, they offer a range of programs and activities to nurture creativity and provide opportunities for Rwanda's most underserved communities.

These programs include Art with a Mission, which works with orphans to discover and develop their artistic talent, Inema Dance to cultivate youngsters' musical and artistic abilities through rigorous training and performances, the Inema Cafe where you can enjoy authentic Rwandan coffee and refreshments, and the Nziza Art Initiative & Workshops that showcase products made by women, including jewelry, African linens, and leatherworks.
