About Infected Blood Inquiry
The Infected Blood Inquiry is an independent public statutory inquiry dedicated to investigating the use of infected blood. Led by Sir Brian Langstaff, the inquiry team has conducted extensive consultations and reviews to establish the Terms of Reference. The Minister for the Cabinet Office accepted the recommended Terms of Reference, formally establishing the inquiry and allowing it to commence its investigative work.
