Petra Bräu

Petra Bräu offers psychological counselling, coaching, yoga and Ayurveda services for women, with in-person sessions in Munich-Trudering and online support. Her counselling focuses on women aged 40 and over whose wish for children has remained unfulfilled and who are seeking to process grief, rediscover their strengths and explore a new direction in life. An online practice is available on weekdays, with a free 15-minute introductory conversation.

The yoga programme includes Hatha yoga, hormone yoga, fascia yoga and holistic yoga therapy, offered in classes and individual sessions. Bräu also provides Ayurvedic treatments in her Munich premises, including full-body oil, back, face, head and foot massages, as well as energy treatments such as R.E.S.E.T. and chakra therapy. Online and in-person workshops include a four-week chakra programme with yoga, breathing exercises, meditation and reflective activities.

The offering also features yoga retreats in Bavaria, including events in Sachrang and at St. Ottilien, alongside courses and seasonal activities. Petra Bräu additionally leads small-group trips and shares updates through her blog and newsletter.
