The Boat Racer Recruitment Site introduces boat racing as a professional athletic career and provides information for people interested in becoming racers. It presents the sport as open to beginners, with men and women competing on the same stage, and highlights the potential for a long career. The site explains the route into the profession: applicants first take an entrance examination for the training school, then complete training and a national examination before making their professional debut.

Its recruitment information outlines key support and benefits, including free training-school costs, an average annual income stated as more than ¥20 million, and retirement and pension savings arrangements. The site also discusses work-life balance, noting that race assignments are scheduled in advance and that some candidates balance the process with their studies by taking leave from school. Visitors can explore job features, compensation, lifestyle, application requirements, and online-entry steps, as well as news, videos, frequently asked questions, and event information. The next recruitment period is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
