InfoLink Limited

InfoLink Internet is a licensed fiber internet service provider serving more than 40 neighbourhoods across Dhaka. Established in 2011, the company provides fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) connections for households, gamers, remote workers, and businesses. Residential plans start at ৳500 per month and range from 50 Mbps to 250 Mbps. All home packages are unlimited, with no fair usage policy or data caps, and include BDIX routes designed for local gaming and online services.

Customers can check building coverage online, select a package, and apply through a short form; installations are typically completed within 24–48 hours after approval. InfoLink also offers 24/7 local support through phone, WhatsApp, and its self-care portal, alongside online bill payment and account services. Its network supports IPv4 and public IPv6 connectivity, with a live checker for testing IPv6 readiness.

For corporate clients, InfoLink provides business internet options that include static IPs, priority bandwidth, and SLA-backed service tiers. The provider serves homes and organizations across areas including Banani, Gulshan, Uttara, Dhanmondi, and Banasree, with coverage subject to location.
