Infrays is a subscription service offering access to its own servers in Europe and Russia, designed to support stable video calls, online conferences and remote work. The service provides unmetered traffic, modern encryption and multiple server locations within a subscription, allowing customers to choose a connection closer to themselves or the people they contact. Infrays says it does not record browsing history or store traffic content, and registration does not require identity documents or a phone number. It retains limited information needed to operate subscriptions, including traffic volume, subscription duration and device-limit details.

Two plans are available: Standard and Advanced, each for one or two months. Standard includes at least three servers, while Advanced adds two servers; both support up to 10 devices. Subscriptions work across iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, with setup guidance and app recommendations provided through the subscription page. Customers can get help from people via a bot or email. Payment is currently made with Stars through the bot, and connection details appear after purchase.
