Most spaces aren’t badly designed, they’re just badly lit. INFUSION is an independent lighting design studio based in Bangkok, working internationally across hospitality, residential, retail and workplace projects. We exist to address a common issue: lighting is often treated as an afterthought led by suppliers or developed without a full understanding of how far the technology has evolved. The result is frequently overcomplicated, underperforming, or diluted during value engineering. Our approach is straightforward. We design lighting that feels right, because the thinking behind it is rigorous, technically sound, and grounded in reality. Every scheme is developed to be buildable, aligned with budgets and timelines, and carried through to site as intended. We are a small, focused team, deliberately so. It allows us to stay hands-on, make decisions quickly, and ensure every project receives the attention it deserves. Decades in the industry, and still curious, we are still refining how light shapes people, places, and how they feel.
