About Inges Kattehjem
Inges Kattehjem is a dedicated animal welfare organization based in Denmark, specializing in the rescue and rehoming of homeless cats and kittens. Committed to improving cat welfare, they assist over 2,500 cats annually by providing shelter, veterinary care, and adoption services. With branches in Glostrup, Odense, Næstved, and more, they offer an array of services including a pet boarding facility, clinics for veterinary care, and resources for the public to report found cats or to seek help for their own.
Inges Kattehjem also emphasizes community education on feline care and responsible ownership, aiming to alleviate the number of homeless cats through awareness and neutering initiatives. Their volunteer programs invite community members to support their mission, whether through hands-on assistance or donations. By fostering a compassionate approach to cat welfare, Inges Kattehjem is transforming the lives of countless furry companions and enhancing public understanding of their needs
