I wanted to create a knitted garment that was not only stylish but also gentle on her delicate skin. That's when I discovered the softest baby alpaca wool and created a gorgeous overall that became her favorite item during the colder months. As it was passed down to my second daughter, Juste, and eventually to another happy mother, I realized that this was the path I wanted to pursue.

At Ingugu, we work with local women to produce our knitwear using knitting machines. Each piece goes through a meticulous process of washing, natural drying, and sewing, taking about 2-4 days to complete. We take pride in being a slow fashion brand, focusing on sustainability, fair trade, and eco-friendly practices.
