Founded by Hayley Cockayne under the inHale name in 2023, the business builds on her experience teaching antenatal and baby classes since 2014, alongside offering birth trauma support and hypnotherapy since 2016 and doula services since 2024. Its approach combines evidence-based guidance with a friendly, supportive community, helping families feel informed and connected from pregnancy through a baby’s first year.

For expectant parents, inHale offers in-depth antenatal courses and parentcraft workshops, bite-size birth classes, pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and baby-care workshops. Birth and postnatal doula support is also available. For babies and parents, classes include baby massage, baby yoga and sensory activities, with time for conversation, gentle postnatal stretches and relaxation. InHale also provides hypnotherapy, Birth Trauma Rewind and NLP-based support for people dealing with trauma, anxiety or distressing symptoms. Classes and services are available in locations including West Bridgford, Radcliffe-on-Trent and the Grantham area.
