Inishgold Kennels is a family-operated breeding kennel based in Allora, on Queensland’s Darling Downs, a short drive from Brisbane. Established in 2002, the kennel specialises in pedigreed Border Collies and Golden Retrievers, breeding puppies intended primarily as family pets. It is owned and operated by Dr Jane Gilmore, a local veterinarian since 1992, and her husband, Rob Gilmore.
Inishgold focuses on raising friendly, quality puppies and offers information about its Border Collies and Golden Retrievers, including past and present dogs. Prospective owners can also view current litters and enquire about puppies seeking a new home. The kennel provides puppy transport throughout Australia, helping families beyond the local area access its dogs. Its website includes sections for learning about the kennel, exploring each breed, checking current litters and contacting the owners. Inishgold presents its name as a longstanding mark of quality on the Darling Downs and offers pedigreed puppies for people looking to welcome a Border Collie or Golden Retriever into their family.
