IniTial Studio is a human-scale architecture studio specializing in retail design and commercial spaces. With more than 12 years of experience across diverse projects, particularly in the automotive sector, the studio creates tailored environments that express each client’s identity and support engaging customer experiences. Its work spans showrooms, offices, boutiques and other commercial spaces, as well as residential projects.

IniTial Studio supports clients throughout the project journey, beginning with advice and discussions to clarify needs and inspire ideas. Its services include feasibility studies covering technical, regulatory, economic and environmental considerations; architectural design, with sketches, plans and 3D perspectives; and execution management through final delivery. The studio also produces 3D imagery and immersive videos to help clients visualize projects and create marketing and promotional materials.

From renovation to new construction, and from premium to generalist concepts, IniTial Studio has worked on automotive and motorcycle dealerships for brands including XPENG, BMW MINI, KIA, Stellantis and Indian.
