Injury and Spine Medical Group is a chiropractic and wellness center serving Kissimmee, Florida. Established in 2014, the practice supports patients seeking relief from pain and help maintaining their health through a holistic approach. Its team includes chiropractors, therapists, and osteopathic physicians, with care led by Dr. Nateshia Williams and clinic owner Dr. Keith Massi, who has practiced chiropractic since 2004.

The group provides natural, drug-free, nonsurgical care focused on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems and their relationship to general health. Services address concerns such as back and neck pain, joint pain in the arms or legs, headaches, auto accident injuries, and other conditions affecting movement and well-being. Patients receive an initial evaluation, an explanation of care options, and, when appropriate, a treatment plan tailored to their condition and goals. The practice also offers relief, corrective, and wellness care phases, along with online patient forms and appointment scheduling. Health resources include wellness articles, exercise videos, and a biweekly newsletter.
