Inken Arntzen

Hypnobirthing Doula Inken Arntzen offers pregnancy, birth and family support in Hamburg and online, with a focus on helping expectant parents approach birth with confidence and a positive mindset. As a hypnobirthing trainer and doula, Inken supports women and couples in exploring their beliefs about birth and preparing for a self-determined experience. Her work includes courses for expectant parents, guided meditation audio courses, Mother’s Blessings and closing rituals.

Inken co-founded Die Gebärmütter with Katrin Michel, a network for pregnancy, birth, family and women’s experiences. Together, they create online courses and professional development programs. Through their academy, practitioners can train in hypnobirthing, meditation, women’s circles, Mother’s Blessings and Closing the Bones rituals. Inken also offers placenta art after birth, creating keepsakes from placenta and related materials. The Gebärmütter Talk podcast explores pregnancy, birth, family life and womanhood, aiming to encourage trust and contribute to a more positive view of birth and motherhood. Inken’s approach makes space for each person’s experience, with the guiding principle: “Everything is welcome.”.
