Inlet

Inlet is a technology company that helps businesses connect smart locks and access control systems with their software. Its integration platform links different hardware and software through a single API, allowing businesses to automate access without being tied to one lock or software provider.

Inlet serves hotels and resorts, rental businesses, public buildings, gyms, offices, co-working spaces, and infrastructure operators. By synchronizing booking, property, or other business software with connected locks, the platform can provide guests, customers, members, and staff with access codes, links, mobile keys, or app-based entry. Automated email and SMS can deliver access information, reducing manual tasks such as managing keys, cards, and fobs.

The platform supports connections between multiple software systems and different types of locks, helping businesses accommodate varied users and access points. Inlet also offers hardware and software integrations, works with installation partners, and can help customers select suitable systems and coordinate integration after setup. Its aim is to make access management more flexible and convenient for businesses and the people they serve.
