Inloophuis Esperanza

Inloophuis Esperanza is a community support centre in Badhoevedorp for people living with cancer, those who have experienced it, and their loved ones. The organisation believes no one should have to face cancer alone and offers a warm, informal place for encouragement and guidance alongside regular medical care. Describing itself as “the living room of Badhoevedorp,” Esperanza aims to provide a supportive space for visitors and their families.

The centre offers activities and opportunities to connect, including weekly yin yoga on Tuesdays from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.; visitors can arrive from 10:00 a.m., and the first class is free. Esperanza also shares regular newsletters and activity updates, and works with other organisations, including De BOSgroep. Its work is supported by volunteers, donors, and the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer. The centre welcomes people interested in volunteering or donating to help sustain its support. Inloophuis Esperanza is located at Badhoevelaan 82 and is open Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
