INNAE

Innae Dojang is a Tang Soo Do school based in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, with more than 45 years of activity. The school teaches this Korean martial art as a way to build physical and mental resilience for people of different ages, while supporting personal growth in everyday life. Its teaching method places the development of each individual practitioner at the centre of training.

Classes are led by an experienced team of enthusiastic, knowledgeable and certified instructors with a range of expertise. Training takes place at the Lotus Dojo in Sportcentrum De Altis, which offers free parking and nearby public transport connections. The programme includes opportunities for children from age six, teenagers and adults, with classes arranged for different age groups and experience levels. Students can progress through graduations and take part in activities such as central training sessions, competition practice and examinations.

People considering membership can try two lessons for free before enrolling. During the trial period, comfortable sports clothing is suitable, and training is done barefoot.
