About Innaide

They use gentle electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to activate the pelvic floor, offering a hands-free alternative to consciously performing Kegel exercises. Users wear the shorts and start a session through the Innaide app, which helps track sessions, follow progress and build a recovery routine. The shorts are non-invasive, and the brand advises users to wait until after their six-week postnatal check and medical clearance before starting.
