InnateDB
@innatedb.com
InnateDB is a publicly available database of the genes, proteins, experimentally-verified interactions and signaling pathways involved in the innate immune response of humans, mice and bovines to microbial infection. The database captures an improved coverage of the innate immunity interactome by integrating known interactions and pathways from major public databases together with manually-curated data into a centralised resource.

About InnateDB
InnateDB is a publicly available knowledge resource for studying the innate immune response to microbial infection in humans, mice, and cattle. Developed jointly by research groups at Simon Fraser University, the University of British Columbia, and Australian institutions, it brings together genes, proteins, experimentally verified molecular interactions, and signaling pathways relevant to innate immunity. Its data combine information from major public databases with manually curated research findings; the curation team has recorded more than 18,780 interactions.
Researchers can search and browse genes, proteins, interactions, and pathways, including by organism and other criteria. InnateDB also provides tools for pathway and Gene Ontology over-representation analysis, network analysis, and transcription factor binding site analysis, with interactive visualizations and downloadable figures. Users can access curated interaction datasets for download, explore additional resources, and retrieve interaction data through web services. The database supports both information discovery and systems-level analysis, helping users investigate how molecular components relate within innate immune responses.
