Innate Kids

Innate Kids Chiro is a chiropractic clinic serving women and children in Emerald, Central Queensland. Led by Dr Leanne, an Advanced Paediatric Chiropractor with postgraduate training in paediatric care, the practice focuses on approaches tailored to children, pregnancy and women’s health, including pre- and post-partum care. Dr Leanne has worked in regional Queensland since graduating from Macquarie University and has been part of the Emerald community since 2016. Her background includes chiropractic education, health and fitness, and a longstanding interest in how the body moves and functions.

The clinic offers initial consultations for children and women. Children’s care begins with a complimentary telehealth conversation, followed, when appropriate, by a thorough physical examination. Any trial of chiropractic care is discussed with parents and proceeds only with their consent. Women can request an initial appointment directly, without a telehealth consultation. Appointments can be requested online, or enquiries made by phone, text or email. The website currently lists the practice as temporarily closed and notes that Dr Leanne is on maternity leave.
